1. Commitment to Gender Equality
At Easy Pie Digital Ltd, we believe that a diverse, inclusive, and gender-equal workplace is not only fair but vital to our success as a technology and innovation-driven SME. This Gender Equality Plan (GEP) outlines our commitment to creating an environment that empowers all team members to thrive, regardless of gender. It reflects our core values of transparency, fairness, and continuous improvement.
2. Implementation Framework
2.1 Public Document
This GEP is a formal public document and has been signed and endorsed by the CEO. It is published on our company website and is accessible to all staff and external stakeholders.
2.2 Dedicated Resources
While we are a small team, we have appointed a responsible officer to oversee the implementation of this GEP. Time and budget have been allocated annually for gender equality actions, including training, data monitoring, and internal communication efforts.
2.3 Data Collection and Monitoring
We commit to collecting and analyzing sex-disaggregated data on:
- Staff composition by role and seniority
- Recruitment and promotion outcomes
- Use of flexible working arrangements
- Any identified pay gaps
We will review this data annually and use it to inform improvements to our policies and practices.
2.4 Training and Capacity Building
We will provide:
- Annual awareness training for all staff on gender equality and inclusive workplace practices
- Specialized sessions for hiring managers and leadership to counteract bias in decision-making
- Regular internal communications promoting inclusive behaviors and policies

- Monitor promotions, training opportunities, and leadership assignments to ensure equal access

- Where applicable, we will consider the gender dimension in the design, analysis, and communication of our digital products and services
- In proposals and client work involving user research, we will ensure gender-relevant factors are considered in the methodology

- Easy Pie Digital Ltd has a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of harassment and gender-based violence
- We provide a clear, confidential pathway for reporting concerns
- Staff are informed of their rights and responsibilities during onboarding and through our internal policy documents

This plan will be reviewed annually by the leadership team. Updates will be informed by staff feedback, monitoring data, and evolving best practices. A summary of progress and updates will be shared with the team internally each year.
